Privacy policy

Scope and contact
This policy applies to CubiLuma for Android (uz.selena.cubiluma), published as SELENA Digital, and these CubiLuma information pages. For privacy requests, contact digitalproducts.uz@gmail.com and put CubiLuma in the subject. This describes the current free version, not hypothetical future advertising or payment features.
Camera and cube recognition
The camera is used only when you choose to scan a cube and grant Android camera permission. Frames are processed on your device to determine the nine squares on each face. CubiLuma does not save the camera images as photos, upload them, identify people or perform face recognition. Scanning stops when paused or when you leave the scanning flow. You can revoke camera permission in Android settings; camera scanning will then be unavailable, while the demonstration remains available.
Local information
Recognized colors, the cube model and move progress are used locally for the current session. Solver tables and their integrity information are stored in the app's private storage so solving can work offline. The app does not create a cloud account or send this information to SELENA Digital. Android may retain or transfer eligible local app state according to its own backup and device-transfer settings; this is not a CubiLuma cloud service. Closing or interrupting a session may lose progress: durable history is not currently offered.
No advertising or analytics in the current app
The current app has no advertising SDK, in-app purchases, subscriptions, product analytics or developer-operated crash reporting. It does not request Internet, advertising ID, microphone, location, contacts or photo-library permission. It does not collect or share personal data through the app with us or advertising companies. Android and Google Play operate their own installation, security and platform diagnostic services under their respective policies.
Website and support messages
Opening this website uses your browser and an Internet connection. Cloudflare provides hosting and delivery and processes technical connection data such as IP address, requested URL, browser details and request time to deliver and protect the site. These pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts, contact form or application login. If you email support, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send; email services process that correspondence. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details or unnecessary personal photographs.
Retention and deletion
Raw camera images are processed in memory, not retained as a photo collection. Local app data can be removed with Android's Clear storage or by uninstalling; manage any system backups separately in Android. We do not hold a server copy of your scanned cube. Support correspondence is kept only for handling the request, follow-up and any applicable legal obligations; ask by email for access, correction or deletion. Necessary legal records or backup rotation may delay complete deletion, and we will explain applicable limits. Cloudflare and email service retention also follows their service policies.
Children and choices
The current app does not ask for age, personal profiles or children's personal information, and contains no social messaging or advertising. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child's support message. This does not imply that Google has certified the app for a particular age group. Applicable privacy rights depend on location; contact us to exercise them or raise a concern.
Changes
If a later version adds advertising, payments, accounts or online features, we will update the policy and store disclosures before that version is distributed, and provide notices and obtain consent where required. The current policy does not authorize undisclosed future data collection. The date above identifies this version of the policy.
